2. Products Vision Group sells exclusively new products online: food & non-alcoholic beverages, hygiene & personal care, beauty, perfumes & cosmetics.

3. Prices All prices are in euros, inclusive of all applicable taxes (TTC). Shipping costs are shown at checkout before order confirmation. Prices may be updated at any time; the price applicable is the one displayed at the time of ordering.

4. Order Process Orders are placed directly on the website. An order is confirmed once the customer receives a confirmation email. Vision Group reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons (stock unavailability, suspected fraud, incomplete information).

5. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. Accepted methods: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. All transactions are secured via SSL encryption.

6. Delivery Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery: within 7 business days from dispatch. See full Shipping Policy for details.

7. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from their purchase without justification. Vision Group extends this to 31 calendar days as a commercial gesture. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

8. Legal Guarantees All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Art. L217-4 to L217-13 Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Art. 1641 Civil Code).

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute not resolved amicably shall be submitted to the courts of Paris.
