Return Window Vision Group offers a 31-calendar-day return window from the date of receipt (exceeding the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under French law).
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item is defective or an error was made by Vision Group.
Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original, unopened packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
- Returned within 31 days of receipt
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened food, hygiene, or cosmetic products (health & hygiene reasons)
- Personalised or customised items
- Gift cards
How to Return

- We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a tracked service within 7 days
- Refund processed within 14 days of receiving the return
Refunds Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
