Processing Time Orders are processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

Delivery Timeframe Estimated delivery within 7 business days from dispatch date (Monday–Friday, excluding French public holidays).

Tracking A tracking number is sent by email once your order is dispatched.

Failed Delivery If you are absent at delivery, a notice will be left. You have 15 days to collect your parcel from the relay point before it is returned to us. Reshipping costs in this case are borne by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages Inspect your package upon receipt. Any damage must be reported to ecomhr.lab@gmail.com within 3 business days, with photos and a copy of the delivery note.
